To Whom It May Concern,
On Sunday, September 6th at 10:15 PM PST our consultants successfully uploaded our PMTA via the CTP portal. In addition to uploading our PMTA to FDA we are also sending a flash drive via UPS on Tuesday, September 8th – leaving nothing to chance.
This has been a long, crazy, emotional, and intense road to get to the point of successful submission. Everyone at Savage Enterprises has enjoyed working in this industry for years. As a manufacturer in this space, it was extremely important to us to go through this process and submit our PMTA. We have enjoyed your support for years and this was our chance to show you our character and support you.
We are partners in this journey and without you, our clients, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We anticipate in the next few weeks we will get FDA acceptance and move into substantial review. Once we get that notification, we will let all stakeholders, industry members, and consumers know. The fight and process aren’t over but at least we can say we jumped over the first hurdle.
